Who we are....

Adept Carpentry Pty Ltd is a passion shared by Johan and Delphine Hattingh who are both skilled in the construction field.jd carpentersAs the team leader, Johan(CIV in Building and Construction) has 15 years experienced in the carpentry trade, both overseas and in Australia. He started his career in France working for a well established company and alongside Master Craftsmen called "Compagnon du Tour de France".

Johan has been delivering quality work in Australia since 2000 starting in the Hunter Valley. He has been involved in the construction of large projects such as Maitland Private Hospital, Newcastle Crown Plaza Hotel, the Aventine Complex 'The Hill' and Tower Estate Winery Hunter Valley.

 Delphine (DipNE, DipSD, DipPM, DipBM) has over 20 years experience in the business arena from accounting, IT to customer service, working with industries such as retail, hospitality, research, IT, manufacturing and construction.

I believe there is a great benefit in bringing a feminine attitude and touch to the building industry where too often female customers report feeling overwhelmed and rushed into decisions. My focus is to provide support to clients in discovering new products and to develop their vision while networking with other trades, and to ensure a positive working relationship is developed and maintained.
